Noodle Box in Brisbane is usually a good place to eat, but this particular store has a big customer service problem.

Our order is always wrong, “firecracker chicken with egg fried rice” we ask for it without chili, and they make it with a lot of chili.

The girl who takes the order is super rude, she always says that there are only 2 sizes, “small and large” but in the store there are 3 sizes, if we ask for another size she says “only small or large” with a very unpleasant and rude attitude, it is very impatient and has poor customer service.
