Half the time gets my order wrong.
Seems like there is one good chef who likes/respects their job and one who clearly doesnt and does the bare minimum.
Ordered Wednesday 13th aug. 1pmish.
I put on order notes for deluxe brekky burger "no caramalised onion or tomato, + make bacon crispy please" because on the other breakfast sandwich option you can choose bacon crispiness but this one you cant.
So i added in order notes and picked the brekky deluxe over thr breakfast sandwich asking to temove two things because i could add hashbrown and hollandaise which the other i couldn't add to meal or as side.
Bacon wasnt crispy and they added the onion jam(allergy). Didnt eat it. Also in picture its made on turkish bread. What i was given is a soft bun. Had it before, tastes bad and is soft/bad texture. Turkish toasted is firm/crunchy on outside.
Chips zero salt and soggy. Hash brown soggy.
Kind of seems like the chef does it to be spiteful, just for me having order notes, theyre like "im not bothered with that, let me give you exactly what you didnt ask for you teach you for asking". Just because how many times its happened its not an accident. I've had a decade in hospitality and understand the mentalily. Take off order notes if you cant take reasonable requests.
I order breakfast as my main daily meal 5/7 days out of the week, due to being chronically ill and bed ridden and i will never order from you guys again. Too many times...

We ordered the classic breakfast and cheesecake with a coffee and tea. The service provided at the counter was good, no complaints. Our order was delivered to our table within ten minutes of being ordered. We noticed the cheesecake was likely a bit old. It was one of the last slices in the display cabinet. Its age was apparent by the cream on top that was dry and stale. The serving size of the breakfast was quite good and tasted fine however I have eaten better elsewhere. The cafe can improve by having the staff uniformly dressed. Some of the staff were wearing sports shorts which did not appear professional but rather gave the impression of couldn't really care. We also noticed a lady behind the Counter wearing a floral dress handling what appeared to be a chicken loaf with bare hands, bringing it to her nose to smell and then placing it in the serving tray area. The girl that served us then started to get out chicken wraps. I said we paid for ham rolls not chicken wraps, she then went to get the chicken rolls out and I said again that we wanted ham not chicken and asked if it could be make fresh and she looked at me as if I was stupid and said no. I thought as it was quarter to two that maybe the kitchen was closing and that that is why we couldnāt have any made fresh. So I then asked when does the kitchen close ? She answered me with āI think 4 or 4:30ā. So clearly the kitchen was still open and we could have received what we wanted and what we paid for but due to the cash register girls lack of knowledge and understanding we didnāt.
