Yesterday, I purchased an extra-large green bean crush and peach green tea . I have been a regular customer and have never had any issues before, so I trusted your service and didn’t ask for an order receipt. However, yesterday, a female staff member mistakenly made my order as a red bean instead. When the mistake was discovered, she remained very calm and repeatedly told me that she had asked me to change to a red bean and that I had agreed. This was a lie. I am certain that she never asked me, and I never agreed to any change. She said three times that I had agreed, and I also denied it three times. Later, when she realized she couldn’t resolve the issue, she quickly made me the correct drink. I find this behavior concerning—she clearly had green bean available but still insisted on changing my order to red bean. It was her mistake, yet she calmly shifted the blame onto me. I hope the store can communicate with her to understand the situation. Making mistakes is not a big issue, but this kind of dishonesty is very troubling. Additionally, to avoid such situations in the future, please provide customers with an order receipt after...
Read moreVery careful with the staff questions. Their staff got my order wrong and I was confused with her clarification. I ordered a large "milk tea" with grass jelly and asked for less ice. She asked green tea or black tea? I wasn't sure why the question. I said black tea because I always have the regular milk tea which made with black tea. I went for shopping and came back to see a small black tea with glass jelly. I realised there was a miscommunication and asked if they could redo it with the what it was. Just pour off the black tea and add milk tea. The answer was no. I need to pay for another one. I believe both of sharing some responsibility and she was not totally innocent. I don't work there, how do I know what she meant when she asked green tea or black tea? Poor communication and services. I left the tea there without paying for another one. I am not into drinking the...
Read moreThis place is one of last tea shops that actually sell good tea. Atmosphere and service is average but the prices are very good! $4.50 for a small (even tho it was 3.50) is a such a good deal! Gong cha and Chatime usually costs around $6 a regular and there large is a total scam. They use too much artificial flavoring and the size for a large is as thin as a twig and they are overpriced! I grew up with this tea place and it never disappointed (other than a few mistakes over years). The tea tastes actually great, the right amount of artificial sweeteners and an average size of toppings. But only $6.00 for a exclusive size?! Greatest deal ever. My feedback for this place is to not raise the prices too high and that they improve on customer service....
