Very disappointing We asked for 2 medium flat whites for myself and my 86 year old mother and we noticed the barista pouring in pre filtered coffee into our cups. I asked how long has that coffee been sitting there and she said 5 minutes. I said I'm not paying for old coffee and I don't want the pre-poured coffee. Then the gentleman working there came out and took over and finished our second coffee with the old coffee whilst the barista finished off mine. Disappointingly ordered a takeaway coffee here today and whilst the woman who served me was friendly, my latte was extremely hot. I tried a sip and burnt my tongue, uncomfortable to even hold the cup, and had to wait about thirty minutes to drink it safely and the coffee was not very pleasant to drink.
