My partner put in a complaint regarding being verbally and physically abused and bullied by another resident. The proposed solution was to transfer her to another rehab you also operate, however there are no systems, policies and procedures in place it appears to actually assist in facilitating this and my partner has been left abandoned.
We visited the other rehab, after driving 90 minutes each way they knew absolutely nothing about a proposed transfer and have been advised that she needs to start the whole entire process from scratch.
My partner is extremely fortunate that she has people to support her not only emotionally but also financially, a lot of your clients do not have this luxury and I hate to think the number of people you've dumped on the streets.

Read moreI spent 4 months here earlier this year. Unfortunately most of the other staff are self absorbed and only interested in their own agenda. This is very evident in the female assistant manager (Salvation Army Major), narcissistic and fake, and it shows quickly if you don't agree with her approach, ideas, opinions or religious beliefs. Accomadation is showing its age. It seems more like homeless accomadation then a safe place for recovery and management of addiction.

The centre offers excellent accommodation and is spiritual based. I can recommend moonyah to any one who is having problems in there personal life...
