After the delivery was made we discovered that there were at least 3 items missing including the normal complimentary soy sauce ext. We called the shop to find out what happened to our. The manager was clearly not interested. He used the so often used and abused sentence, "I'm sorry" and that was it. I was not a happy person at that stage. We started to eat and what a disappointment, the food was dry and tasteless. I got the impression that they made our delivery up from display options and left out the once that was out of stock. We visited the shop yesterday to discuss this with the manager. Again he wasn't interested, the only thing he was sorry about was having to deal with us. He refunded us for the undelivered items and that was it. Read moreI went to try their $35 sushi buffet because I wanted to see how many plates I could consume. For this price you can choose the sushi rolls and Nigiri and the lowest priced side dishes. You can pick from the conveyor belt or use the IPad to order your food. I enjoyed the beef nigiri the most. It came to me warm and when eaten it was so tender and I enjoyed it a lot. I preferred the fresh items as I did not want to fill up on that much rice and also get flavour fatigued. For the warm sushi, I enjoyed the veggie tempura best. It was freshly fried and made up. It was warm and fragrant when I consumed it. The dishes arrived pretty quick upon ordering as I went on a week night. I would come again with a better strategy next time. Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews, but I really didn't enjoy my time here this afternoon. I arrived around 4 pm and was the only customer. The staff were all sitting in a corner on the other side of the restaurant chatting and laughing, and did not get up to assist me with seating I felt that this behaviour was quite rude and disrespectful. I have no issues with staff talking amongst themselves, but surely when a customer walks in they should be the priority. I sat myself at a booth, and had to walk past 3 dirty tables to find one that was actually clean. The food on the train looked old and stale, and the sushi I did receive was not great.
