I ordered hungry jacks for the first time through menulog expecting to receive nice hot food with the large order everything i ordered! I was wrong... I did not receive everything i ordered, including cold burnt meat on our burgers. Cold nuggets with no sauces, including no extra sauces i paid for. Normal hot water bottles, when i ordered cold sparkling water bottles. Half filled cold chips absolutely discusting!!!! When i rang Hungary Jack they told me there was nothing they can do to fix and replace my order and give me what i paid for including the missing products from my order. What! Are you kidding me! They won't take any responsibility at their end for not doing their job for giving me horrible food and not replacing my order with proper cooked food like they say and what i didn't get with my order that i paid for. So they said i had to contact menlog! I didn't realise menulog cooked my food and made sure everything i paid for was there before leaving and the chips were hot and ready go and burgers were not burnt black. Well im never having a delivery through hungry jacks again!!! I was ripped off and they just did not do their jobs to make sure orders were made properly and sent out to be eaten not thrown away! Read moreThe manager on duty on the 4th of April 2024-Thursday at 10:05pm was the most rude and unprofessional manager , Hungry jacks had hired. Maybe you need to train your own manager about customer service . I feel bad for Hungry jacks and people working with him. In the last few days and weeks uber/ door dash drivers pick up orders at the front door after 10pm by pressing the doorbell (which was instructed to them by the previous managers) , but toda “he won’t give orders to any drivers saying he is a different manager. That he is not like the rest of the managers who will follow that guideline. And he wants the drivers to be on the very long queue of drive thru even the orders of the delivery drivers are just sitting on top of the counter. He prefer the drivers wasting more than 30mins on the drive thru rather than handing them the order which will take 10seconds of his time. No wonder delivery drivers are avoiding your shop. You purposely put the doorbell at the door for delivery drivers and that was the instruction given to the drivers after 10pm, which everyone is following in the last few weeks. Read moreWent through drive through ordered a vegan rebel whopper which comes with a plant based patty. Got to the second window after paying at the first where I was told it would be a 12 min wait for the patty to be cooked on the grill and offered for it to be deep fried. I said sure, I was then given a weird smooshy mess inside the burger which was definitely not a rebel pattie. I took it back through the drive through and was told they will not be making rebel patties for another 30 minutes as they had to build up their beef meat Pattie’s supply. I asked if it can be made to order and was refused as they said the meat needed to cook, they further explained the pattie requires 6 minutes to cook. I find this extremely dissatisfactory and discriminatory from a fast food vendor who boasts about their REBEL Whopper. The female staff member who dealt with me was extremely abrasive and rude and not someone who should be working in a costumer fronting role. The lack of organisation and problem solving is not appreciated and I will not be returning. I recommend trying GYG down the road. Skip the arrogance and attitude and drive 10 more meters. Amazing vegan range and not RUDE....
