As a burger enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying out Hungry Jack's, and I must say, it was a culinary delight that left me craving for more!

The moment I stepped in, the mouth-watering aroma of freshly grilled burgers filled the air, whetting my appetite. The menu offered an array of tempting options, making it tough to choose just one. In the end, I settled on their classic Whopper, and boy, was I in for a treat!

The Whopper was everything a burger should be - juicy, flavorful, and generously layered with fresh toppings. The patty was perfectly cooked, and the combination of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and their special sauce was simply divine. It was a burger experience that surpassed even some of the high-end gourmet joints I've tried.

The value for money was impressive, with the sizeable burger satisfying my hunger without emptying my wallet. The combo meal with fries and a drink offered excellent portion sizes, making it a hearty and satisfying meal deal.

The restaurant's cleanliness and well-maintained dining area added to the overall positive experience. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

What impressed me further was their commitment to accommodating dietary preferences. Their vegetarian options were surprisingly delicious, providing a fantastic alternative for my vegetarian friends.

So I ordered a bundle meal and two soft serves from the Taringa store. Note the bundle meal had a Chocolate Deluxe Thickshake in it. The plastic container of the thickshake was so soft that it couldn't stand by itself. I received my order from the second window and I had to ask my son to hold the two cones for me. There was no gesture of giving us a bag for the thickshake, considering I was driving - surely the checkout staff would have noticed there was only me and a 6yo child in the car. As a result, I had to put the thickshake together with the rest of the food - sounds silly but I was so glad that I didn't leave it by itself as it'd completely ruin my car. As a result, in a matter of 2 minutes, the burger, chips and nuggets were soaked in the thickshake when I arrived home. Luckily, it all happened in the bag. I rang the store to complain. Bree who handled this complaint said she was unable to replace my food because the staff was not responsible for what happened in the car. Fair enough. Two things HJ Taringa could've done to prevent this. 1 - offering a bag so that a customer could manage a thickshake and two soft serves when s/he is driving with a young child. 2 - the container of the thickshake should NOT be used at all as it was just a joke. It could hardly stand by itself. I hope this kind of incidents only happened to me. HJ Taringa clearly thinks they have done nothing wrong in this. I am pretty confident that it won't happen to me ever again as I will never go to that store...

How can you honestly advise your Burgers are better when they are the worst and overpriced Burgers in the whole fast food change.

Dined into your store tonight and ordered one of your chicken burgers you advertise on TV it took 10 minutes for them to complete my order after it was sitting aside with other orders when I finally got my order I unwrapped it and the Burger looked like it was made 2 hours ago and very undersized not like what is advertised on Tv and your promotional stands.

I returned the Burger immediately and asked for a refund because I couldn’t event take one bit out of it what a Rip off $10.30 wouldn’t even give this to my Dog.

After I sat down and finished my Fries and Coke I wanted to order a dessert but the staff where too busy having a good old chat I even overheard one of the Managers swearing in conversation to the other the both had their back turned towards me and prep staff saw the line up of people waiting to be served and said nothing about front counter service.

This Hungry Jacks store needs a huge overhaul in staff training and better preparation in food I will never come back to this store again.
