Update May 2022: Avoid for a while due to sewage contamination. There is a sewage pumping station in the park and it appears to have overflowed in the floods. Composting hub, playground, pedal trains currently unavailable. Still smells bad, so be careful.
Great park with plenty of things for all ages. Kids playground with swings, climbing and slide; pedal train; paths for walking or cycling; basketball court and fitness equipment; barbeques and picnic tables; dog off leash area; public toilet block.
Somehow there is still plenty of room for a large grassed area, a creek, and lots of shady trees.
There is a carpark and plenty of on street parking. Right across the street from Heroes Park.
