Pani Kebabs — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered over the phone advising I would be there in 15 minutes. Picked up my order and the chips were cold and soggy like they’d been sitting too long (got there in 13 minutes) Chicken kebab was sloppy and so salty (the meat was salted to hide its age maybe). The kebab was good size but it was wrapped in some weird parchment paper that requires that you have to take the kebab out of the packet and unwrap it before trying to slide it back into the packet which makes for a big mess. The parchment paper was soggy and wet due to sweating. I tried to call back 4 times to complain and I was hung up on every time as if they saw my number recognised it and knew the complaint would be coming. Disappointing as I have been here many times before and would have rated them as the best kebab shop in Brisbane. I’m guessing it must be new owners and standards are now poor. I wish I could give a negative star to this place. I ordered kebab and chicken snack pack and forgot to ask them to add sauce to snackpack. Upon realizing that,I went back to them and ask them to add some sauce just on top of snack pack and the store person just yelled at me for not adding that during placing my order. It was just a sauce which you can easily pour on top but this person had to find a reason to yell at customer.Horrible customer service . As for the food, the entire snackpack was full to the top with chips with about 20% chicken pieces that too all the tiny chicken pieces. Now I have snack pack almost 3 -4 times a week and quite familiar with the quality of meat and chips but this is just a rip off. Good friendly service, & clean store. Initially I thought it was a bit expensive, but upon seeing the immense size of the Kebabs, I realised the prices were warranted. I got a "Large", wife & daughter each got "Regular", & none of us could finish our kebabs, they were massive, literally the largest Kebabs I have seen in my entire life. The "Regular" size were larger than most stores "Large". The meat was tasty, salad fresh, & the authentic garlic yogurt sauce was great (& so was the hommus). My only complaint (other than the Ludacris sizes) was the meat to salad ratio, way too much meat in my opinion (wife & daughter thought the same). The chips were good, crispy outside, fluffy inside, great with chicken Salt. Wife also got a piece of Turkish Delight which was delicious!
