(I would recommend to stick clear) Extremely bad customer service. They dont know how to talk to customers. They talk like they always right. And if u don't believe me just read reply from this place on some comments here. Took them 1 hr to make orange juice a coffee and toast with avo. When approach about it told take another 6 mins as they are busy mean while everyone has there order. Didn't find it very appropriate to tell a customer Ur busy when 3 u out front talking one tending to there child which nothin bad tending child at all I all for business family friendly. But it's look after waiting so long then told there busy ha e u shop empty and people already eating then 3 staff basically just standing there talking. Sorry but if ur chef can't keep up might need hire another or something but clearly there's something not right with what's going on. Then they also blame delivery drivers and will rate them down because they ask while waiting so long for. People shouldn't have wait 30 mins for for Ur a Cafe doing g simply food. But after my experience I highly recommend not going there I certainly will not be going the supporting a busy like this and will be letting everyone I socialise with to...

Friendly staff who are very attentive. The menu offers a good selection of tasty food, from light meals to big all day breakfasts and burgers. The prices charged are very reasonable for the portion sizes. Their cold drink selection is very healthy and delicious - classic milkshakes, iced chocolate, coffee & lattes, a variety of smoothie options, blueberry & pear, mango & strawberry, banana & honey, and healthy green juices - made with cucumber, pear, apple, ginger & coconut water with lemon, mint & chia seeds. You can also choose your own healthy juice combo. Parking can be difficult as it's situated on busy Logan Rd. You will find parking around the corner in Yuletide St - within easy walking distance to the The Rare Pear. The seating area is a bit underwhelming, and tired looking, it's situated on Logan Road so it's a bit noisy. Regardless of this small issue, this is a very popular spot with locals who clearly love it the way it is. They do offer catering for special occasions, birthdays, dinner parties, cocktail evenings and funerals etc. ...

My partner and I ordered the chili jam scrambled eggs with added bacon and a long black coffee. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and smothered in chili jam, which did not match the menu image (see attached for comparison). The excessive chili jam overwhelmed the eggs, toast, and bacon, making it unnecessary. The dish came with rye bread, which was not mentioned on the menu, nor was butter provided. Despite spending $56 on breakfast, I only ate half of the eggs and toast, while my partner just had the bacon we paid an extra $6 for.

The venue was unclean; our tablecloth was dirty, and the outdoor seating area had not been swept or cleared of leaves. The tables were decorated with dead flowers and plants. Customer service was mediocre; we were stared at upon arrival and not offered menus or seating, despite signage instructing us to wait to be seated.

A young girl asked for our feedback at the end of the meal, to which we explained our experience. Her response was simply, "I'll let them know." The staff remained out of sight...

After my Saturday morning massage in Holland Park, I decided to treat myself to brunch. I was keen to try this place, so I waited a while to be seated at the only clean table outside, a clear sign they'd had a busy morning. The very casual setup doesn't quite prepare one for the sensational food I was served. I enjoyed an almond latte with hazelnut syrup and a veggie big breakfast. They'd just cooked a fresh batch of crispy-on-the-outside, soft-and-fluffy-on-the-inside corn puffs and apologised for it taking a bit longer. You know it's good when all you can think about is the next mouthful. These babies soaked up the poached eggs and homemade chutney perfectly. It was worth waiting. The service was very friendly, and I'll definitely be back to try the meat lovers' dishes next.
