This bakery has been around for many years in the Inala Plaza. They are famous for their banh mi.

With a starting price of $5.50, it's one of the cheapest banh mi bakery in Brisbane. All banh mis are freshly made with a crispy roll. Their pate is what makes their banh mis stand out.

While the serving size is not large, considering its price and it being freshly made, I would prefer this over any burgers from a fast-food chain restaurant.

I particular enjoy having a bit of fresh chilli in my banh mis.

Highly...

Did someone say Bahn Mi. Well I’m crazy about them and would have one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many places that I have been to which are hit and miss. Also sometimes we want fancy fillings and prices are hiked up. I have been going to Inala for years now and did not even notice this bakery. Upon recommendation we went there and ordered 2 different Bahn Mi. Well I was in heaven. I won’t say more. Go and try them for yourself. The photos do not do justice...

Ordered the Banh Mi thit (#1) - a cold cut banh mi.

Overall very good, reasonable size and nothing to complain about taste wise. Bread is done very well - crunchy but soft, good mix of meat and vegetables and the pate and butter is solid. Chilli was good too but could do with a little more.

Overall on par or slightly below with Darra and Scott’s Rd for the best banh mi in Brisbane - will be back!

FYI Don’t think they sell crackling...

On a mission to find a Banh Mi to die for... Minh Tan came close. Exceptional value at $8 for the combination Banh Mi, compared to some in the city for $12-$13! It was delicious. Crusty roll, packed full of all the good stuff you love in Banh Mi. Will be back next time for some Rock N Roll Banh Mi we are in the area. Go try it for yourself!🤘
