Bluefire Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I was rudley refused service this morning for no apparent reason after asking for a menu and coffee, I was asked if the coffee would be take a away, I said no I would to sit down and order lunch please.

I was rudley told no. I could only order a take away coffee, I asked why, the waitress could not answer, only looked to the manager or owner who who looked annoyed, said he could offer me a table in the corner.

Obviously I laughed and left. Totally confused and embarrassed, unsure if the vacant tables were reserved for regular customers.

None the less what a embarrassing horrible start to my day. I came for the big breakfast as I read a positive review regarding portion size and customer service, working close by and wasted my lunch break, if you are a busy working person do not visit this restaurant the service cannot be relied upon.

Had lunch and decided on pork chop and broken rice ..was told there’s no broken rice .. then ordered eggs benny with avocado.. was told there’s no avocado... ordered nuggets n chip when it came out it was poorly dump on a plate. When the broken rice dish came out the pork chop was so thin and sad .. and the eggs benny was such a small serving. Traditionally broken rice comes with a nice soup broth ..I asked the waiter does it come with the meal . He said yes .. when it didn’t come out I asked him where is the soup ? He looked annoyed and went to get it .. when I got it , it was half a bowl of warm salted water with fried shallots and spring onions .. no flavour or body .... then I had to ask for some mince chilli to go with the dipping sauce ... never in my life I had to constantly asked for things that should come with...

Everytime I go shopping at Inala this is the place I always have lunch, BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME since I feel disgusting by the service attitude!! I ordered grilled pork and rice vermicelli served with DILUTTED fish sauce. That sauce was not enough for the dish so I asked for more sauce. There are another condensed fish sauce and other sauce placed on the table, which are meant to serve and no extra charge but I didnt used cuz they were too condensed. However, they charged me extra $2 for a small dilutted fish sauce cup. When I asked why my dish on the menu was 15$ and they charged 17$ without any explaination, they said "2 đồng nước mắm thêm chị" with a very unacceptable attitude!!! 2$ is not big. You lost more than that....
