Had one of the weirdest experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant on Sunday around 2:30/3pm. Ordered a classic wrap meal, extra spicy of course, and it came with a free insult from one of the male staff members chilling by the grill. Talk about value for money. My partner and I sat in the corner at a table that was pretty dirty, not wanting to be a nuisance we didn’t ask to clean it, we just avoided the dirty side. Some absolute legend proceeded to loudly berate us whilst we waited for our food, for being a couple of Karen’s and not wanting to sit on the dirty side or pick another table. I politely let the young woman that brought our food out know that we can hear literally every word that was uttered and asked that she relay this bit of information to the champion out back who was still talking about how much he hated his job since another staff member had left. Old mate proceeded to skulk further into the back and we didn’t see or hear from him again. He can cook a great chicken, but lemon herb is spicier than his banter. In the off chance that I ever find myself in Kenmore again, we’ll probably just hit up Sushi Edo. I’m sure they’ll throw better chat and I wont be berated by a child over a dirty seat. Read moreThe worst lunch I had here today. Poor service, no one serve. None of the sauces on the table you can see from the photo. It is not run out for other customers, it is none in the restaurant, and it is 12:15pm. I asked 3 times for the sauce, the first time the staff said will take to our table later. The second time the staff said the sauce run out of stock. The third time the staff get the sauce from the cooking bench to my plate. I am fine so far, as I thought the bottle sauce ran out of stock. But after 2 mins, when the staff serve the next table, the next table ask for sauce then the staff get into the back kitchin take only one sauce to the next table. Yes, only one and there are 6 tables have made orders and waiting for food in the restaurant at that moment. I am really angry, The same staff here, and she should underdtand who is the first and the second, but she totally ignore the customer. As soon as he knows there is no chicken in the store he shouldn’t take the order and if he knew no chicken in the store he should come straight to me and should tell me there is no chicken it is very bad service not first time I experienced this kind of service at this store it happened with me before when I came for dinning and staff said sorry we don’t have enough chicken . Later or manager came and said I refund you the money and he said money will come straight into your account but it still didn’t come into my account almost 2 days now .
