Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

1 star rating is OVER generous. Went in a few weeks ago and the shop was not clean. Tall young man who took my order was not friendly. Ran out of meatballs and said it would be half an hour if I wanted to order them. I got seafood instead.

Then while making my sub he asked if I would like some cookies. I said yes, and then he said, oh, actually, we need to save at least 6 for the next morning. Ok. I guess I'm not buying cookies.

Tonight when I pulled up, 2 young girls were in the shop. When seeing my car pull up, 1 of them quickly went to turn the illuminated 'open' sign off, and locked the door. I sat in my car looking in, and they seemed to be giggling. The girl that locked the door was looking at my car, and seemed pleased. I drove away.

Subway Virginia should be avoided, and I hope the franchisee reads these reviews. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others...

i gotta say, as a subway employee i was pretty disappointed in this store. i came in tonight to get a salad bowl and the first thing i noticed was the dirty knife, slice of cucumber and other random bits of food all over the bench. the staff member that served me was friendly, however i told him what salads i was after and he asked me if i wanted jalapenos. i said 'no, cucumber' and after saying that he reached for the jalapenos again. i reminded him that i didnt want jalapenos and i still ended up with jalapenos in my salad. not because he didnt listen again, simply because of the amount of salads that got mixed into other cambros (probably jalapenos in the pickles, pretty tricky to spot). my point is, please work on maintining a clean workspace in this store. y'all are lucky i can...

There is girl who works there i couldnt read her name but i found her racist since i am new to this country and had a very good feeling about everything but she just opened my eyes that its not what i was believing so far, i ordered a veg sub as i am a vegetarian first while taking my order she kind of yelled at my kind of replying to anything i said very loudly and i clearly noticed a feeling of hatred towards me and then while billing when the other girl asked her about the order she replied 'uggghhh veggie something' and she shamelessly repeated the same gesture for my friend as well, I was a bit shocked and couldn't say anything to her insensitivity anyways god bless her and hope she learn some manners and compassion as she grows mature...
