Taigum Tavern — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have attended this tavern regularly for most of this year (barring lockdowns of course). The last 3 weeks have been very disappointing as far as the quality of the food goes. I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken, I received a salad with no anchovies, no croutons, no bacon . I complained and was told it was all there, when clearly, it wasn't. Even the server at the bar said he didn't like the way it looked and sent it back. The next week I ordered a fishermans basket (special) it was ok, with 1 scallop, 3 fish bites and a piece of fish. This week I thought I would order something that couldn't be stuffed up so I ordered the spag bol. It arrived, looked ok, I went to take my first mouthful, it was stone cold, fridge cold. I had the pleasure of going there for lunch today with my parents for the first time. We found the menu board very easily after entering and it was detailed well with a wonderful selection on offer and at great prices. In under 3 minutes we had ordered our food and drinks and were advised the meals would be out shortly. In about 15 minutes yet another friendly lady came with our meals which were large in size but not over loaded on the plates.The meals were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. My parents had the Lasagne and Rissoles with vegetables and I had the Chicken Marsala and veges. very bad behavior gaming staff on duty especially to Asians. look their behavior caught on their on camera 10.08.21 at cash counter gaming side around 4 am. behaving drunk on duty and very abusive. one person behaves consistently badly. and always aggressive, dont know why the management continuing to tolerate. The security guard on duty helplessly watching. the evidence all in their cameras on cash counter on the gaming side.
