First of all, the customer service is so bad. The girl at the front desk on the reception, she has no customer service manner, how to greet the customer. We were ready for the order, we call her to take our order then she replied us that you have to come at the counter to order, with so rude tune, we were only customer for the dine in. Her way of behaving and treating a customer so ridiculous. While serving a food she was just throwing a food on the table, and the water was not cold even itâs summer season. She just put at the edge of the table and food she was not serving itâs kind of throwing at front of the customer.
Now, come to the food, we already asked the ingredients for the curry to the waitress, same girl who was at the front desk. What she explained to us and what we get, it was so different. Then what chef told us is coming different than her explanation.
Customer Service receptionist (waitress) doesnât have the knowledge of cooking, ingredients but she provided wrong information without discussing with chef about the dish or food thatâs completely wrong. Also, the chief has other excuses.
If business doesnât have good front end support then itâs really bad impact on back end.
Thatâs very disappointed :(

The curry we ordered was saag paneer, but itâs seems so different then we thought to try. The taste was paneer in gravy, no taste of saag. Even the look and presentation was so poor. First, food should be looks good then we can say anything about taste. But overall experience was so disappointing and disrespectful.

   Read morePathetic customer service .. extremely rude receptionist, I cannot understand how she is employed in customer service if she cannot handle simple order requests or respond appropriately to a call. We would welcome âit cannot be doneâ rather then take down our request and do what they please.
When we called back about their mistake, the receptionist was eager to take down our new order thinking we called her for a new order.. but when we mentioned there has been a mistake in our order she says - âI have a customer in front of me, can you call back after 10 mins.â If you have time to take down a new order, you definitely have time to listen to a customer order gone wrong, thatâs the least customer service you could offer.
This isnât the first time our order has been stuffed! Let me be clear, We are not expecting a refund or anything! But we just wanted - what we order is what we get OR be told our requests cannot be handled. We understand sometimes mistakes happen but this kind of customer service repeatedly going wrong is unacceptable.
Either train your receptionist on what customer service is or get one who knows how to offer proper customer service/response. Let me remind one thing, you are not running a charity event, and we are paying for our order and expect it to be handled professionally.

My feiends and I travelled for over 30 minutes to get their for 'family pack biryani', which we had confirmed on the phone before leaving home. However, upon reaching the restaurant, we found that they had no such biryani left. Despite trying to confirm our order over the phone multiple times during our journey, no one from the restaurant bothered to pick up our calls. When we finally arrived, the staff at the front counter were incredibly rude and unhelpful, blaming their lack of biryani on a high volume of orders. It was frustrating to think that we could have saved ourselves the time and hassle if they had just informed us beforehand. Very bad need to improve very much in hospitality, the way treating customers is bad and finding ways to escape is bad when u have restaurant u better serve good or else atleast give some respect to customer in any other possible ways if the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm and we are there at 6:30 pm they said everything is finished for family pack but they can sell single biryani they are acting very creepy if u want to sell only single biryani then why did u kept an option soo called family pack biryani
