I like our koalas. I like our green space providing a buffer zone. I like our residential streets being uncrowded and not having to cope with unplanned for traffic. I like our flood planning to protect our properties. I like our golf course. I DO NOT like businesses who believe they can pay off councillors to get their way when it comes to development applications. This is a very nice retirement village with individual townhouses. Very well maintained, conveniently located on a bus route, has a bus stop. Salvation Army church located within 400 metres. It is located within walking distance of both a large Coles supermarket, Aldi, 7 Eleven petrol station, many individual stores including Subway, hairdresser, Indian restaurant, toilets.
