The best Thai I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious. I’ve ordered takeaway here several times now and you can definitely tell the produce used is always fresh. As generally I find ordering seafood in a stir fry at other Asian restaurants tends to be bland and definitely not fresh. But here they always have fresh juicy and tasty prawns and the calamari is always tender. Plus they’re always deveined. I also love their desserts with coconut which are seriously so tasty. The coconut is so fresh, soft and sweet either with tapioca pearls or black sticky rice. When we enter the restaurant to pick up our order the staff are always busy making sure everyone is greeted. Though it’s a very small restaurant so there’s no room to wait for your order if you’re early. You just stand around in the way whilst servers bustle past you. I wasn’t happy when I was charged 15% extra by paying for my order instore instead of online. Which was apparently a public holiday surcharge. They’re already slightly more expensive than other Asian restaurants and then to add a surcharge on top of that. Especially when I could’ve paid online without that surcharge included. If you’re ordering take out it’s best to pick up your order as I waited almost an hour and a half for my delivery and I live literally around the corner. But I couldn’t get out with...

Started off fine until the entrees arrived. Calamari was very cold, we asked to have recooked which it was but had to wait another 15mins. Over an hour passed and our rice arrived and were told the mains were about 10mins away. Around 30mins went by for mains to arrive and they weren’t sent all together. The last one arrived after the first one was finished. All tables around us had ordered, received and finished meals before us even though we ordered first. We complained to the manager who proceeded to blame the waitress who was completely run off her feet. She was seating, taking orders, running drinks and food, setting tables, she couldn’t have done more. We said to the manager it was not the waitress’s fault, but she just kept making excuses. She didn’t want to take any accountability just blamed the waitress and us. I would not go back here again, the food was below average and the way they treat their staff is awful. To top it off, the water had floaties in it. Try Ocean Thai if you are looking for a great restaurant. (Only reason we didn’t go there was it was shut on New...

Awful service and rude staff. We have just eaten here as a family for a birthday meal. After being seated we asked for a wine chiller 3 times before we finally got one. We then waited over an hour for our meals. We asked if the rice was enough for 2 people and the waitress cupped her hands and said it was only enough for one person. The rice then arrived in a huge pot that resembled the FA cup!. Far to much for us to eat. You also pay a corkage fee for wine of $6.00 which is extortionate considering the staff don’t even open the bottle and are reluctant to provide a wine chiller. Our little boy wanted noodles but was so tired by the time they arrived he hardly touched them. I complained to the staff and was rudely told to come over to the till to discuss it where she then argued that she was short staffed and very busy! I reminded her this is no excuse for poor service and rudeness. I would not recommend this place at all, completely disappointed and...

I've been looking forward to going to the Thai Boat and it did not disappoint. The food was so good. We ordered the beef Massaman curry and Crispy pork which were both delicious. Not too spicy with great flavours.

Foods was freshly cook, beautiful taste, generous portions, and staff were friendly. Also, alcohol price was quite reasonable compare to other restaurants in Manly ans Wynnum in general.
