Rating is based on cleanliness, decor, food, atmosphere and of course service. Cleanliness, tables were clean and the restaurant was tidy. This restaurant is surrounded by glass and inside was very clean however the little patio outback was a little cluttered which limited dining. Decor was nice not overly done however the cousins on the chairs a little thin. Food was awesome with a great menu selection. We didn't need entrée, although my husband indulged. Atmosphere was okay, however it was cold with the aircon blasting above and our table being right at the door copping even more cold air every time the door was opened. Aircon could have been turned off or turned to heat cycle would of made it a more enjoyable experience rather than remembering this place being cold in winter. Service was lacking, sure we were greeted when we arrived and an unsuitable table at the door was pointed out to us, we were given water after a minute or so however that was the best service we got. After a long time waiting we were left wondering and I had to ask if it was table service or if we had to go up to the counter to order. After being advised "it is table service but I'm busy cleaning this table first" our order was taken soon after. Our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time although it was a little staggered, a dish here and a dish a few minutes later, was leaving us will cold meals by the time my own dish arrived. And even then my dish was sent back due to instructions not followed "NO ONIONS, I have allergies", when my meal arrived again an apology was offered however this was soured moments later after over hearing the waiter discuss the returned meal due to it having onions and comments made about what type of person I was not to eat it due to the onions and they are the best part of the meal. After hearing those comments, I no longer enjoyed my evening or the meal nor did my companions as it wasn't necessary to be discussed to another patron in the first place. So will I go back? Possibly not to...

I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but I was really disappointed by my experience here after coming to this restaurant for many years.

On my order which I placed online, I specifically requested no fish sauce, no oyster sauce, and everything vegetarian. When picking up, my family member even confirmed this with the staff. Unfortunately, when we sat down to eat, I discovered large pieces of chicken in the Pad Thai. I immediately called the restaurant, the staff member was polite but didn’t offer a proper solution at the time. Eventually, they agreed to replace the dish and add complimentary curry puffs with a future order.

I reordered later, and when picking the order up my relative confirmed there was to be no meat in the dish. The staff gave an odd look and no acknowledgment of the previous issue, which felt dismissive. On top of that, although I had requested medium spice (as my relative can handle spice well), the dish was made extremely hot, so much so that it was barely edible.

A pleasant little Thai Restaurant in Algester. The food is perhaps not 100% authentic Thai but it IS tasty. Service is friendly and efficient, though my server did seem to have his mind elsewhere when taking my order, as he almost charged me a lower price, until I corrected him. The decor is pleasant enough with a distinctive Thai feel about it. It is only a small place and I think it would be at capacity at about 25 people. I think that might be a little awkward when it gets busy as the counter is at the back of the restaurant forcing take away customers to queue through the main dining area, and I suspect that this place would do a considerable amount of take away. My take away meal was served in about ten minutes, but I was the only customer at that time. This is one of the few decent restaurants in the area that opens on a Monday evening, and it is apparently a seven day operation.
