Today my family I attended Red Rooster Algester we went through the drive-through at 1 pm to order for quarter chicken and chips for five dollars each all with the wing section. The red rooster employee charged us $31.60 when it was meant to cost $20 so we went to the drive-through window and she fixed it to $20 for the price. As we got the quarter chicken and chips for five dollars they said that they did not have enough wing sections for four meals they only had enough for two, we then asked how that could be as it was only 1:00 pm so then the young employee girl turned around and rolled her eyes and then grown to go and see the manager. The manager then came to Address the issue and he came with an open mind he changed the sections to all wings for us then put in fresh chips for us and asked us to go to the waiting bay so we went over to the waiting bay and waited about five minutes for them to be approached by the young employed girl we then asked her for her name but then she just shoved our meal into our car window and then turned around and walked off not saying anything with absolutely no customer service. We were all gobsmacked on how they treated us and put them to tell us that they had no more chicken whilst there was another 10 customers after us. Several times they have got our order wrong over silly mistakes. Such as putting a glaze on a no glaze chicken or even receiving the chips and drink without the chicken. Although every time this happened they were deeply sorry and would give us something in return. However, this occurrence was due to our specific order of our vegetables only containing carrot and potato. Again, we arrive home and see that there are no potatoes but carrot and pumpkin. It was a bit inconvenient to leave our dinner cold while we drive back to red rooster to fix our order. I tell the lady my issue and she tells her coworkers. For some reason they all laugh and give a light apology. Still laughing, I receive my correct order of my vegetables. I ask if there is anything I can get, and the lady rudely remarks "for free" finishing my sentence. She talks to the manager and said they can do me a family chips. I attempt to watch in the back as the manager makes it, however I hear them continuously giggling and the other coworker saying 'yuck'. Now I know this not may not be as it seems, but when receiving my chips I wasn't sure if I could put trust in this food chain again.
