When you are told rudely to order next time from the QR Code from the table, of which you then still have to go to the register and pay, we, and ALL my work colleagues will gladly go back to Rainbow Thai where we are always greeted in a friendly manner, and water is provided for us each time, without having to help yourself. Your customer service and attitude is shocking, and you seriously need to work on that if you want to keep clients. I now expect some sort of rebuff and denial from the owner, who doesn't seem to accept criticism, but denies and is then rude when receiving feedback he doesn't like I have noticed.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update, as mentioned above, rebuff received as expected from owner, however, I didn't expect a Novel. More effort should be paid to actioning and listening to Customers comments, rather than replying rudely again and putting the customer down. A simple thanks for your comments, we will note you feedback, please feel free to contact me on ############.

PS, I am a good customer, and have run numerous successful businesses, you should try it.

On another note, another reviewer left a comment you watching people eat, yes creepy, and probably illegal.

If you were able to find me in your security camera footage, can you confirm what day I came in, how many of us, what time, and what I ordered. Then I will know you...

I visited THAI.Topia three days in a row during my holiday last week because it was so close to where I stayed and there was plenty of parking.

On the first day, I went by myself for lunch and had the Pork Boat Noodles. The pork and liver were incredibly tender, and the broth was so rich and flavourful that it instantly reminded me of being back in Thailand. This dish got me hooked!

I returned on the second and third days to order different dishes for takeaway because I wanted my partner and sister-in-law to try them as well. We had Pad See Ew Chicken, Khao Soi Chicken, BBQ and Crispy Pork with Rice, Braised Pork Leg with Rice, Som Tum with Salted Egg, Crispy Rice Salad, Moo Ping and Sticky Rice. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, but if I had to pick my favourites, they would be the Khao Soi Chicken and the Crispy Rice Salad. Both are hard to find elsewhere and were incredibly tasty.

I don’t have photos of all the dishes because they disappeared so quickly. That’s how good they were! This is a genuine review from a paid customer, and I am not an inactive review account. I can confidently say the food here is stunning, and above all, the staff and chefs were so lovely to me throughout every visit. I had the best experience and can’t wait for my next holiday so I can come back for more delicious Thai food. Easily the best Thai restaurant in the southern...

I live near Mortimer Park and have visited this restaurant a few times. To be honest, the food itself isn’t terrible — but what completely ruins the experience is the front counter staff. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting: rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful to customers. They never show a shred of reflection or professionalism. And whenever mistreated customers call them out on Google Maps, the restaurant always hides behind excuses like “According to our CCTV we didn’t do anything wrong” or “We were just busy” — as if that justifies their behavior. They never seriously reflect on why they’re drowning in 1-star reviews, and instead they shamelessly shift the blame, accusing customers of leaving fake or malicious comments.

On top of that, they even stoop so low as to create fake accounts to flood themselves with 5-star ratings. Anyone with half a brain can see through it — the so-called “positive reviews” almost always come from inactive accounts, and the comments are laughably generic copy-paste nonsense like “best Thai food Brisbane” or “Nice staff very good service” — clearly fake, desperate attempts to cover up their abysmal reputation.

If what you’re looking for is a restaurant where you’ll be treated with basic respect, I strongly warn you: do not waste your time...

This place is a hidden gem. A very small but cosy restaurant/takeaway with a lovely and unique decoration thai style. Walking into this place reminds you of dining in local street food places in Thailand. The restaurant offers a very broad menu of authentic dishes. We find it very hard to choose which one to eat as they are all delicious!! Food are so flavourful and fresh! Love a good papaya salad with fermented crabs! Reminds me of home as we do have a very similar dish like this in our hometown! We had braised pork legs with rice. The meat was so tender, well seasoned and cooked. Melted in your mouth on top of fresh jasmine rice. Pad thai was also delicious! It is difficult to find a place that sells a proper pad thai. Being a foodie, I am so happy to come here again and again! Staff are so friendly. The vibes you get when you walk into a restaurant that the majority of customers are the locals from their hometown, it means that place serves very authentic dishes. Food quality: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 Environment: 10/10 Price: $ Will definitely bring more friends here! ☺️

Where can the best street food in the world be found? Many people rano Bangkok as the hands down best location. Having lived there for several years, I can attest to the many wonderful dishes and flavors that are synonymous with Thai cooking. Although I tend to avoid Thai food outside of Thailand, a Thai person convinced my partner that Thai.Topia was worth a visit. It honestly felt like we were back eating on one of our favorite sois. I opted for one of my favorite dishes, khao moo. It was excellently prepared and tasted authentic to what I love about this dish. Even my naam lam yaai was excellent. The restaurant dining area is quite small with more tables for 2 than larger parties. You won't be heading here for the decor.... This place is all about the food! The only thing that would have been better is to have paid Bangkok prices for our meal. Sadly, this is not possible in Australia. For a REAL taste of Bangkok, try Thai.Topia!
