I usually stop by this coffee shop when Iâm in the area. The service has never been the best, but itâs on my way and the coffee is good. However, today 09/10/2025 was by far the worst experience.
The young man at the cashier had a very unpleasant attitude from the start. When I approached, I didnât realize he wasnât ready yet, so I apologized, but he gave me a very rude look. Then I ordered a regular latte, and instead of just taking the order, he kept pointing at the cup several times as if I didnât understand what I was asking for.
Later, I ordered a croissant, but right away I apologized and asked to change it for a danish. At that point, he clearly lost his patience: he raised his voice, insisted in a rude tone that âthis is a danishâ (which was exactly what I was asking for), and even threw something down in frustration before placing the pastry on the counter.
This went beyond just a âbad day.â What I experienced was impatience, lack of respect, and zero customer service. On top of that, I couldnât help but feel that his attitude got worse because of my accentâwhich makes the experience even more upsetting, as it comes across as racism disguised as âbad service.â
Itâs really sad to start my day with such a terrible experience, and Iâm not sure I will come back...
   Read moreThis review is for Wolff Coffee Roastery not baristas or cafe staff. My experience & treatment has been disgustingly unprofessional and I donât say that lightly. Iâm left to post here as over 9 of my emails have gone ignored, and 4 phone calls & messages. The latest being answered by a lovely barista, she guaranteed she would pass message personally for someone to call me back the next day. No. Itâs been over a month of trying to get a response, for a business this large this is honestly ridiculous. So my personal experience and treatment from Wolf is zero, 1 star is 1 too many. As mentioned in the numerous emails and phone messages, at LEAST have the professional courtesy to respond via copy & paste email to answer my question. As a now EX distributor/customer (now over 45kg per week & growing) I will Never have anything positive to say about Wolff. I truly hope this treatment is reserved purely for me, I cannot as a business owner understand how professionalism and common decency can fall so far below the bar. Appalling.    Read moreDidnât try hot coffees so couldnât say, but the cold brews were absolutely horrible! Not only did it taste extremely watered down and bland, the most ridiculous part was that it cost a whooping $7.5 with a tiny jar of cold oat on the side!!
I mean, the most mind bugging part is that if you are already going to charge people $1 extra for milk ( cold brew $5.5, with milk $6.5 ), itâs borderline illegal to charge another whole dollar just for alternative milks on top of that $6.5!
So in the end essential you are making your customers pay $2 extra per/cold brew if they want alternative milks??? Iâve never seen anything like it, not even at the fanciest coffee roaster. Itâs outrageous!
Wouldnât have minded it so much if the coffees were earth-shuttering great, but they were unfortunately pretty hideous.
Avoid at all cost unless you want to waste $4 extra on 2 cups of tasteless cold brews just because you drink...
