Went to lunch Wednesday 26th April with 2 other ladies after Movies at BCC Earlville. Absolutely 💯 % brilliant service and food very fresh. The service very friendly and made all about YOU the customer! Dishes ordered for middle of table Paw Paw Salad with Prawns (so fresh, prawns plump, full of flavour), Vermicelli Noodles dishes (No 33 with chicken and No 34 with added crispy roast pork. Both fresh herbs and bean sprouts. No 34 included freshly fried peanuts. Both delicious and dipping and accompanying sauces perfectly suited and balanced). Honey chicken and rice (It was nice to get honey chicken that had actual decent pieces of perfectly cooked moist chicken coated but not overtaken with batter. The chicken remained the star of the show as it should). Tiramisu (Absolutely the best I've had in a long time. Nice robust flavour. Not just all coffee and chocolate. The liqueur makes it). The service Number 1. The 3 of us were very impressed and I will be bringing other friends too. Overall Flavoursome & Fresh! 5 Stars. I also bought 2 Pottery coffee mugs and have my eye on a one off pottery vase from their large array of floral arrangements, pottery and ceramics. How convenient there is a Natural Nails and Waxing right next door in the same complex so I am going to spoil myself with a nail appointment next time and then meet a friend for lunch at Vietnam Pho Pho to show off my new nails after! Always a very friendly and happy service with great quality food. At the request of the owners, I was asked to review their Vietnamese iced coffee. Here it is. Appearance: Appetizing, alluring, intriguing. A work of art from bottom to top, this iced coffee is as much a treat for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. Condensed milk flirtatiously spirals around the glass, as the eyes wander upward, milky white and coffee colours mesemirisingly dance around each other like koi fish in a tranquil pond. The appearance crescendos at the surface where the frothy top is a testament to the delicate balance of the forceful effort and love required to produce this masterpiece.

Taste: Strong bold coffee flavours form a strong foundation for the sweet flavours of the condensed milk to play on without overpowering the drink. We've been to Vietnam Pho Pho three times now, and every visit feels like coming home. DAU (or Tau—I assume he's the owner) is the kind of host you don't forget—genuinely friendly, welcoming, and generous. On our first visit, he surprised us with drinks on the house, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for how this place operates: with heart.

The food? Absolutely delicious. The pho is rich and flavorful, full of depth and authenticity that’s hard to come by. Each visit has been consistently great. Today, a young lady made our drinks, and she was just as lovely—warm, kind, and attentive. It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in creating not just amazing food and drinks, but a wonderful experience all around.
