Small, rustic ambience cafe cum industrial unit. Comfortable, good knowledgeable service Much of the coffee is raised freshly on site - optimum age is about 2 weeks after roasting. They tell me they dispose of older coffee Banana cake was moist and delicious I had a cortado/piccolo for maximum coffee tasting exercise. This was the excellent 'house' beans I then tried an expresso of the 'smooth sailing' very nice. I bought a kilo of the beans to take away. Very good connoisseur coffee experience in relaxed environment at fair prices with good service Highly recommended

It’s been amazing to see people coming through the door every Friday talking about coffee here slowly becoming a little cairns coffee community. BTW. Riki’s ice🧊 drip coffee is delicious 😋 friendly staffs. Thank you Newell street cafe team 🙏
