Byford Master Kebab — Restaurant in Byford

I recently tried Med Kebabs for the first time and I was blown away by the delicious flavors and quality of the food. The kebabs were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a nice char on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The meat was incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the fresh vegetables and creamy tzatziki sauce. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend trying Med Kebabs if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Really poor customer service. I placed my order and the gentleman’s body language made at out he couldn’t fill my order so I said don’t worry about it I will have this instead. He over charged me and I questioned it. He acted confused. When my order was ready he asked if there was a problem and I said yes you over charged me but don’t worry about it. It wasn’t worth the argument. I reached out to receive my order and he refused to pass it to me so he could continue arguing with me other the amount charged. I had to ask him 3 times to please give me the order for which I paid. I got to my car and the entire order was wrong. I don’t know if he did not understand English or not. The food tasted awful aswell and ended up in the bin....

Since the new owners, we have had two meals from here and our last meal was very disappointing even more than the first one. I definitely would not recommend if you are looking for flavour and quality. Kebabs did not have enough chicken to actually have enough in the whole Kebab and the lettuce was so scarce that McDonald’s put more lettuce in their burgers. I called to give them an opportunity to rectify the kebabs that are size of a sushi roll, I was advised by the owner that if I wanted more chicken or filling I should have ordered double meat. I didn’t want double meat, I wanted meat in my kebab. Very underwhelming meal and definitely won’t...
