Food is always good, the issue I have is with wait times. We came in last Friday night, fully aware that there would be a wait, and were told 30min. It took an hour and 20min before we got our food. At one point I asked how much longer our order was going to take, and was told 5min, it took 20min. Customers were being constantly told that uber orders were getting prioritised, and from having a quick look through your reviews, seems like management aren't that happy with how much uber takes off the top. We took the whole family to the Fish Bar for dinner, and it's safe to say we've found our new favorite spot!

Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home.

The moment our order was ready, the excitement was palpable – tearing open that paper to reveal the golden goodness! We grabbed a spot on the bench outside and dove in.

After the last chip was devoured, we all agreed this is hands-down the best fish and chips we've had in Perth.

As everyones else says, what is the point of calling so that the food is ready when you get there, if the staff wont start cooking until you rock up. Also read through some reviews and really dont like staff trying to justify poor quality food due to circumstances or public holiday. Yes it can be a busy time for you and your staff but you shouldnt argue with the customer saying "give us a break". At the end of the day it is your job to provide quality food so just apologise and do better next time not argue back, its...
