Tea Smith 小茶匠 — Restaurant in Byford

Some of the staff aren't good at making the tea. One staff made a taro and it tasted like water, and when they redo it, it still tasted the same. I bought 2 mango bubble tea today and it tasted like sugar and water. I recommend they need more equipment, staff and not making the tea taste like water. Staff are really nice too. But felt like I wasted my money. Hopefully this bubble tea...

TERRIBLE... they ALWAYS run out of pearls and tea is most definitely watered down. Constantly get orders wrong or leave out an order altogether. Never enough staff to facilitate customer service as well as the uber eats...

Arrived to pick up my Uber Eats order with 6 minutes until it was ready just for it to be cancelled. Walked up to the store to see the workers playing Uno at the counter. Had to replace my order and wait...
