I used to buy from another brand, but all of them have increased price, so I decided to try T4. There are not many locations, but the ones available are in good and accessible areas like cannington, Myree, Victoria Park, etc
This one in particular, I like it because it has plenty of parking and is close to the supermarket. So when finishing my shopping, I stopped for a drink 😉 I've joined their app and gained so many points that I've paid with those points 2 times already. About the product itself, I like the quality, softness, and freshness of the pearls (taro balls) and how they prepare (shaking) the drink like a Martini giving the drink a unique flavour. I don't know how much pearls they put for every cup, but I have plenty of the pearls and plenty of the drink, I would say, is balanced, I would say the same quantity as other competitors (brands)
My favourite flavours are: Passion fruit tea with jelly and pearls, Peach green tea with green tea jelly and Elegant Rose Royal Tea.
I believed that things like food and drinks are very personal, so you should try it and if you don't like then don't buy it again 🙂
Hey! It would be nice if the store give away for free some samples, maybe a mini cup of tea, like the icecream vendors do, and then you decide if that goes with you, right? Just a thought...

T4 usually is our favorite place for bubble tea, but cannigvale store ranked the worst store in perth
We ordered only 1 bubble tea through app and it stated 20 min of waiting time.
We arrived 5 min earlier and was informed it's still being made. After 10mins a few of customers after me already received their drinks then I had to asked the counter again where my order is. Turns out they had skipped my order and said they will make it straight away.
I went outside as too crowded in there, after 10 min walk around the complex, I went back and realised they still hadn't done my order, I requested to cancel the order as I had been waiting for more than 40 minutes but was rejected as it's being made now, I was a bit furious as they said the same thing 10 min ago. Then I waited for another 10 min Cox they struggle to fix the sealing machine.
Note: the guy who took order literally need some training for customer service, especially his manners and presentation,he even rolled his eyes in front of other customers.

We were new so we asked for advice from her, basically got told they are just like any other bubble tea shop. "Have you ever had bubble tea?" We were stunned at her dismissiveness. Is this how you treat new customers? Rather than guiding us through the menu items, we had to manually ask her, and the response is always the same "just like the picture". She talked so fast with broken English, and kept on interrupting us while we placed our orders. Are you stupid? Have you forgotten your manners and ways to serve customers? After ordering, we waited 30 mins for 2 bubble tea. This is too slow. We told them about this, but we just got no response, ignored us all the way. And please, your bubble tea tasted very normal.
