If I could give zero stars I would. This food was horrible. I ordered it via Uber Eats. I ordered Tori chicken Karaage, they ended up being horrible balls of barely cooked chicken thigh that was not crumbed how it should be. Ate 1 of 4, rest went in bin. This cannot be called karaage chicken. See the comparison photo. The pork dumplings were nasty. worst ive ever tried, i had one bite and put the remaining 7 and a half in the bin where they deserved to be. If I could have doused them in diesel and set them on fire I would have. The crumbed prawns supplied were straight out of a frozen bag like you would get from coles freezer section, tasted like deep fried mushy paper. And this was the best part of the whole order. The garlic Tonkotsu ramen was disgusting. The garlic....... literally a massive scoop of raw minced garlic straight out of a jar and the chicken was still raw. Only thing i could eat was the noodles and even those were gross, was just too hungry not to eat it. To top it all off, no cutlery was with the delivery, im in a motel with no cutlery supplied so had to eat ramen noodles with my fingers... what an experience that was....... Would never order food from this place again, save yourself the heartache, just buy maccas, at least you know its garbage already so no dissapointment. I basically paid $60 to have reflux for the rest of the day.

I had to re-write the review (I was being too harsh), but in short they've improved in quality since their opening. Tasty ramen, served by friendly and attentive staff. Ramen: I usually get the miso katsu pork ramen. The portions are quite normal, though the broth slightly falls short in flavour. Entrees: My favourites include okonomiyaki, takoyaki and the kani (crab) cream croquette. Curry is great as well - I usually get either the katsu pork or chicken karage curry. The curry is very flavourful overall. In short, the restaurant has really great food - the ramen and curry are great and I like the idea of getting to choose the type of ramen I'd like, instead of having a menu of different ramen bowls to choose from.

Visited this place for the first time, wasn’t plan to. just walk pass it & curious about the ramen. So I ordered; 1 x Katsu pork ramen $16.90 1 x Agedashi tofu $6.80 (4 small pcs) 1 x Black fungus (topping) $2.00 The broth i think was little too “creamy” for me. But the taste was OKay. The portion is decent for the price wise. The overprice one i think is the Agedashi ToFu 😅 but still my fav so far. The staffs weren’t very friendly when i was there perhaps they were exhausted. The place looks clean & neat, but once the foods serves on the table the flies 🪰 keeps coming!! maybe because near to the shopping centre’s gate so the flies has access to fly-in. Couldn’t help much with this one.

if you're looking for authentic Japanese food this isn't it. I'll start with the positives, the staff are really friendly and the place itself is clean and pleasant with really nice decor and they have a free cold water station on the side for self service. now the negatives, we got the calamari and cheese bite, katsu chicken curry and the spicy tonkotsu chicken ramen. our meals came out 5 minutes apart you would think that the meals for 1 table would come out all at once. there were 3 very tiny and empty calamari cheese bites although they tasted really yummy it was not worth $7.50! the chicken curry was served on a plate and made it awkward to eat because the sauce was over flowing it should of been in a bowl. the chicken was raw and pink and the curry itself was super salty. I thought something smells funny but didn't think anything of it until I decided to check the chicken. every single piece was raw and pink and that was the smell. I had to give it back and although the staff were nice and offered to cook another it already put me off and I asked for a refund which they happily did with no fuss or attitude. the chicken Ramen however, was cooked and was okay nothing...

I live in Japan. This restaurant is NOT JAPANESE FOOD OR JAPANESE SERVICE or JAPANESE PEOPLE. THE FOOD AND PRESENTATION DOES NOT FOLLOW ANY GENUINE JAPANESE RECIPES CORRECTLY. THESE ARE CHINESE PRETENDERS.

CHINESE HOAX. COPY CAT PRETEND.

THE STAFF DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY JAPANESE LANGUAGE when greeted in Nihongo. I asked what type of Okonomiyaki is made in Resturant. Waitress had no idea what I was talking about. She said it was a vegetable pancake. Wow!!!!!

I asked for Karaage chicken. No understand - None!

I ordered pork Katsu and there was no miso drink, a mountain of rice on the plate not a bowl, with a mini sized bit really poor quality tough sliced pork All floating in a watery curry tasting solution, 2 tiny pieces of carrot and a tiny cube of potato. A teaspoon of noodle was tucked in a corner. No pickled vegetable On the side, no green salad garnish and no sauce garnish and no glass of water.

Chinese. Fraud show!!!!

Nothing but copycat pretend Japanese place. The Japanese nation is totally misrepresented with this type of Chinese fraud. It’s everywhere in Australia. There are only 2 genuine Japanese cooks in Japanese Restaurants in Darwin....
