We had our breakfast twice in this restaurant during our Darwin trip and really enjoyed it. Coffee was great and food too. It was a busy breakfast time in the morning and we thought we need to wait longer but received our order on time. Both the time we visited we find this place really busy. The Venus has a big menu in a Infront of counter which makes so easy to order. Coffee was great. I requested for extra hot, and got it as I wanted. We were group of 4 friends from Brisbane and we though of sharing the breakfast. We ordered 5 different items to share and really enjoyed that. The big breakfast came a bit late, but was perfectly cooked. Grilled mushrooms was yummy. We tried tacos and it was so great. Perfectly cooked and filled with. We all enjoyed tacos so much that needed up visiting second day for that. Other food item were great and deserve 10/10. Despite of very busy breakfast rush, the staffs were very professional and helpful. The lady who made our coffe was so humble. (Forgot her name but she mentioned she is from Nepal). Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for perfect breakfast 👌👌👌We will definitely be back for breakfast during our next Darwin trip. Thank you tea for such great experience🙏🙏

Generic food and drinks. I ordered a double shot iced-chai latte with icecream for just over $11. It was super average, the chai syrup had a decent flavour. The drink overal was alright but I've had - and made - much better. I weirdly find chai powder to be a far superior alternative to the syrup. I also remember eating breakfast at The Coffee Club a couple years ago and finding the food very bland and minimal for such a ridiculously expensive price, it tasted okay but not something I'd ever want to eat again. I have only been here a couple times, and in my [unpopular] opinion I dont see the hype. Its okay if you urgently need something, but theres nothing really memorable or worth trying again, but thats just me, it is clearly a very popular business for a reason because people like it. It may not be for me, but it may be for you. The location of the cafe in the mall is by far the prettiest, really gorgeous lights above, big open and spacious area.

Ordered from here on UberEats, but on there the restaurant is called "Burgs & Shakes". I thought I would give them a chance today and I can say I'll never buy from here again. I recieved my milkshake and it was less than 1 measured cup of fluid, not to mention it was completely melted. $6 for 250ml of sugar milk. You REALLY call yourselves "Burgs & SHAKES"? You couldn't even get half of that name right. The burger was subpar and made with a very obviously premade, frozen patty which tasted less than good. Any flavour it had was severely overpowered by a ridiculous amount of SWEET GHERKIN PICKLES... on a BURGER... The cheese and bun choice was fine. Really, REALLY disappointing first time experience with this restaurant - never again.

Ordered coffee and pancakes. My daughter arrived 10 minutes later with her partner and ordered their meals. I got my coffee, drank it and it was ok. Daughter and partner got their meals and drinks, ate and drank them them. I asked what was happening with my pancakes around 5 times as I had by this time waited for over an hour. Oh their coming was the response. But they didn't. Asked for my money back, it was given. Just before we got up to leave the pancakes came out to me - cold and with ice cream which I had said I didn't want. I refused them as I had received a refund minutes earlier - I add I had seen the waitress walking around the cafe with them in her hand minutes prior, trying to find who had ordered them. My daughters partner order flat bread with chicken and advocado. It arrived with chicken and pesto - was very dry and and taste less. Awful. Will never go back. Pay a lot of money for awful food and disorganised service. System training wouldn't go astray. Must add the wait staff...
