I was a regular customer there. I never had a bad service until today. As always, I went to nene chicken today around 3pm. I ordered 8pcs freaking hot wingttes and drumettes and a large combo with coleslaw and 600ml coke. I have paid $24.22 total and was waiting for my food to come. After ordering the food they said they don't have coleslaw so I charged to large chips. They gave me regular chips and 8pcs chicken that barely had sauce in it. The meal was very dry. So, I told them to add extra sauce as I ordered freaking hot which is meant to be covered by hot sauce. The supervisor named Kyle replied to me that they have changed the regulations of processing and preparing food and blamed the new owner as she (new owner) said that the previous owner used old system to prepare food, added extra sauce and they loose money. So, she send experts from Sydney to train them to prepare food with less ingredients. How ridiculous is it! When you run the business, you should try to improve the quality of you services not downgrading the service. They are not reducing the money instead they are giving poor quality food. I didn't go there to eat garbage. If they are lowering the food quality they should reduce the price too. Moreover, they are charging for wet wipes from customers who are dine in as it is the new policy made by new owner, said by the manager Ryndyl. All the staff including the chef was so rude. After getting this kind of service, I am very disappointed and I have made up my mind that I will not go there next time. This is indeed a worse place to eat. There are lots of restaurants in the food court. So, better you explore other restaurants rather than spending money to eat low quality foods and get abused by the team members. While I had looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, my encounter was marred by an issue that significantly impacted my comfort and ability to communicate with your staff.
The music volume in the restaurant was excessively loud during my visit. When I respectfully requested the person controlling the music to lower the volume, the response I received was somewhat discourteous. Although the volume was adjusted following my request, it remained at a level that made it challenging for patrons, including the counter staff, to hear conversations clearly. This created a difficult environment for effective communication between customers and your team.
I believe a dining experience should offer a comfortable ambiance that facilitates pleasant interactions between guests and staff. The loud music and the manner in which my request was handled detracted from what should have been an enjoyable visit.
I hope you will consider my feedback in reviewing your restaurant's atmosphere and staff interactions. A balanced ambiance that respects patrons' comfort and facilitates clear communication is, in my view, an important aspect of delivering excellent customer service.

I didn't give 5 stars for these reasons: 1 - Boneless chicken pieces Original are around $32 and the flavoured ones around $37 .. however if you order half original and half flavoured they charge around $39 ... At this point all the math I learned in school didn't help to understand why .. logic says it should be anywhere between $32 and $37 2- I ordered around $50 worth of food .. yet I was charged 50 cents fee to use EFTPOS and when I asked for a small take away box to take the leftovers I was charged 20 cents for that .. seriously who does that these days ? 3- Their burger came out a bit soggy and chewy and looked a bit messy .. there is definitely a lot of room for improvement there.
Overall it's definitely a good place and a great addition to the food options in Darwin and definitely worth a try.
