Just be aware of how much you get charged… and MAKE the staff repeat your order. It was supposed to be buy one get one free for fruity teas, so I ordered 2x lychee squared (which consisted of lychee jelly already) and asked for extra lychee jelly for one drink. So I should’ve only paid $8.6 + $0.95= $9.55. But the staff that took the order must’ve been good at math and decided to charge me more by replacing one of the drink as lychee green tea + topping on top so I get the same drink but end up getting charged extra for the topping (when the lychee squared includes the topping). So I ended up getting charged $1, it’s not a lot for me but what if this happens to every single order…it’s just way too dodgy. Have been a loyal Chatime customer since 2016 when the store first opened in the NT, but I guess customer service and staff training went downhill after change of ownership and also you get less toppings over time (trust me you get more topping in your drink when you buy interstate). I’m just hoping they can review and hopefully improve on quality and service so the store can continue to survive in Darwin. Not having competitors doesn’t mean customers should have lower...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cha Time has become my favorite go-to spot for bubble tea! Every time I visit, the flavors are consistently delicious, and the taste is always on point. I love how convenient it is to order using their user-friendly kiosk, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The best part? Redeeming points is a breeze, which makes me feel appreciated as a regular customer. Oh, and did I mention the free drinks during my birthday month? It's such a delightful perk that adds to the overall fantastic experience at Cha Time....

I love sweet tea, and this is one of the only places in Darwin where you can get a wide range of flavours. However, the staff are sometimes grumpy, which I can live with I guess. But the reason I won't be going back is because they refuse to put extra syrup in my tea. I'm happy to pay extra, I don't like weak flavouring. But for some reason this isn't an option and they flat out refuse. Maybe it's a little thing to be pissed about, but they'll not see any more of my money till I'm able to get the tea I want from them. 1...
