Crust Pizza Claremont — Restaurant in Claremont

both times I've had a really enjoyable experience from this Crust store. Service is friendly and the staff greet you with smiles. the vegetarian pizzas both times were gorgeous to look at, pleasant to smell and once one bite has been sampled they're really difficult to resist, so both times I've devoured the pizzas before they made it home with me.. They're open later than a lot of places nearby too which is a bonus, I just wish they delivered at later hours! **I have to edit my review. The girls who work there made the lovely pizzas on both of those occasions, the taller man who works there unfortunately served my partner and I overcooked, rubbery pizzas. When we arrived to pick them up he told us "2 more minutes" while he was making another pizza, then before two minutes was up he went to get our pizzas from the oven (assuming). I didn't think to look at them until I was in the car half way home because I haven't had a problem before, but when I saw the brown aesthetic of the first pizza and my heart dropped. All the cheese was overcooked to that horrible brown/orangey jerky like state. There was no cheese pull, no stringyness and the pizza was so overcooked even my 17 years of vegetarianism still wasn't enough to help me identify what vegetable I was...

Please turn off the delivery system after you close the restaurant lol it wasted my time to keep coming for nothing, cheers Here’s for your informations, yes , I have already reported to the delivery system and I believe how you sort things out is also a part of your restaurant and I believe if this is truly happening and people read this clearly they can tell it’s not about the taste of foods it’s about delivery service .This also made me troubles as living, I’m not doing delivery for fun . Terrible experience ordering here tonight. I have ordered here once before and had a great experience. Tonight I placed my second order with the store and could not have been more disappointed. Ordered two pizzas and once they were delivered I opened the boxes and all of the toppings had completely slid off of the pizzas leaving a plain base and scraped off toppings on the side of the boxes. I was mortified, I understand that this may have been influenced by the delivery driver perhaps driving recklessly or handling the boxes in an absurd way but truly this is ridiculous and if the pizzas were made correctly this should not have occurred. Not only that, I ordered garlic bread which was burnt and once I eventually assembled the pizzas back together, it was dry and tasted like cardboard. Very disappointed, I paid $70 for this order just for it to be almost inedible.
