Came through the drive thru to get an ice cream after hours of driving around for medical appointments. They served the car in front, waited and waited another car pulled up in the driveway next to us. Served the car next to us first, while serving them my 9mth old woke up screaming. So I was fairly frustrated at this point and asked why we hadn’t been served first as we’d been waiting for nearly 5mins without anyone saying anything. I order girl asks to repeat, so I do then another person tells me she’s been busy cash handling and not to yell. I proceed to tell her that I’m speaking loudly because my daughter is screaming because you served the car before me first and now she’s awake. I wait they clearly heard me. Put my order in then said nothing! So I drive forward to be served by the said girl who didn’t have my order correct, fix my order, to be asked cash or card. Card, pay and then have the window slammed in my face. Next window to pick up she comes up to that window proceeds to tell the girl I’m the customer who isn’t happy. Fantastic customer service peeps not! I spent 15 years in this industry and as a manager. Appalling service and behaviour of your employees. Clearly I’m not alone as the reviews are very telling. Read moreBad service. Bad time management. Bad teamwork. We ordered meals, coffee and ice cream. We got the meals without the coffee and ice cream. We ask the staff, they said wont be long.
The manager (i assume the one wearing different uniform) did not do anything. She kept saying “wont be long” and let the training staff handled it.
Our order number is 172, but until number 196 got their order, we still did not get our sunday, choco and coffee frappe. Then, we got the ice cream and coffee after complaining three times. It took 45 minutes for us to get our sundae. Many staffs are running around only for delivering the meals, but none able to make sundae? Even the manager?
But i have to admit, one particular staff, with the training staff-badge, handled our complaint very well. She offered us a refund. And she was the busy one making meals. My bad, i did not read her name. Thanks to her. She should be promoted to be the manager. Updated: her name is Angel (or Angela).
Also, this girl asked for help to another staff to make our order, but the other staff (rhae? Rae?) refused it by saying “i am still doing the uber” in front of me!! That is a very bad teamwork.
