Boost Juice Belmont Forum — Restaurant in Cloverdale

Never done a review anywhere before but this is the second time I’ve gone to this boost and had a bad experience. It was tonight (Thursday 24th aug) where 2 boys were on shift, they must’ve known one of the customers which is fine to have a chat but completely disregarding the other customers for over 5minutes is rude. A “hey we will be with you in a moment” or something as small as that would have been appropriate. I ordered on the app as well and after my drink was made there was not a thank you or even telling me which was mine I had to ask, all that was said was “is there a Sophie here” then a drink put on the counter. As a hospitality worker myself, customer service is the main thing that will bring people back. Being ignored and not even greeted once is a bad look. A man is on his phone, he stays on his phone while serving me and doesn’t know where the drink is on the menu—asks his colleague who doesn’t know either and no apologies

I noticed one staff was occupied making drinks, another at the back looking unprofessional with her friends (if she is on break, probably best not to stay in the area floating around) bad image

The other staff member was just looking at the person supposed to be serving me who wasn’t when she could have told him too or come in and served me

Very disappointing. The store advertises that they close at 5:30pm so I decided to stop into Belmont rather than Armadale. Armadale was closer but in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. I arrived at the store at 5:14pm exactly (plenty of time to make a boost). Upon arrival I went to use the self-serve Auto screen immediately. One of the kids in the store came across and said they were closed. I asked why are they closed when it’s advertised open until 530? The response was we have finished early today. Only two people working at the time so I’m not sure how the closing times are regulated but they should be making/open til the time advertised online. I would like a response or reason why it is okay close before the closing...
