Lemongrass Thai Colac — Restaurant in Colac

The place is clean & staff are friendly. However, you will probably eat something you didn't order. We paid when we got there (because you paid when you order) for 3 dishes (no modifications) and 2 entrees. After paying they told us that the entrees were sold out and from the 3 dishes only one came right. So out of 5 things (2 entrees and 3 main dishes) only one came right. The 3 mains came at different times. Two arrived after the first one was finished. The staff apologised and said we got the order from the other table and the offered to replace the entrees for something else... It was not worth it. You may be lucky to get what you were looking for but we are...

To start, it took about 15 minutes to even get water to the table, and another 45 minutes for soups and a salad. We were ignored and even had to get our own water at one point, and had to remind our waiter what we ordered. Food was tasteless and vegetables not fully cooked or even edible. Went to use the bathroom and dirty dishes EVERYWHERE. simply put; worst Thai food we've ever had that it makes us not even want to visit...

Went to the restaurant for dining twice. The first time, customers almost full house. Waited for over an hour before getting the meal, but the food was delicious. The second time, we were the only table in the restaurant, yet still waited for over an hour. If you are already at mealtime and want to eat, I do not recommend this restaurant because the wait is very long. But if you don't mind the wait, perhaps it's still worth...
