McDonald's — Restaurant in Collie

My experience at this McDonalds was appalling. It was FILTHY, and when I asked for a table to be wiped a young girl (I believe her name tag read 'Tammy") with an attitude came out and sprayed the table, then wiped about of quarter of it halfheartedly and walked away. I called out to her that there was still a lot of grime on the table, and she called back over her shoulder "it's a stain". Unimpressed with her attitude, and still without a clean table to eat at, I went back to the counter and said the table was still dirty. The woman that I spoke to said to me (in what seemed to be a very sarcastic tone) I'll come out and wipe it myself then. When she found some time to come over and clean the table, I asked her if I needed to be concerned that the girl that couldn't be bothered cleaning our table was going to spit in our fries now that she was clearly irritated by us, and the woman said to me 'excuse me, that's my daughter, how dare you?!" I said I didn't care who she was, I just wanted to know whether or not she was going to spit in our food. The woman then asked very loudly "are you still speaking?", and I replied that yes I was, and I wanted to make sure our food was safe to eat. The woman stormed off saying how rude it was for me to state that her daughter would do such a thing, and when I left we observed the woman standing outside in full uniform, cigarette in hand.

Perhaps mom and daughter should not be rostered on the same shift if they cannot keep their emotions in check, and perhaps they ought to be reminded that they work in hospitality, and that part of their job is to provide good customer service. I cannot imagine keeping my job if I spoke to a client that way!

Unimpressed on every level. Worst McDonald's...

The Collie McDonald workers are disrespectful and lazy!! Unless the owners of McDonald's are there, we can't get what we would like to order. I wanted too order a frappé with ice-cream on the bottom, now Collie and Eaton McDonald's are own by the same owners. I don't understand why I can get a fappé with ice-cream on the bottom in Eaton, but the Collie McDonald's can't or won't do the same thing? Collie told me and my boyfriend "they have never done that and won't because they are not allow too." Lucky for us, both of the owners was there and was more then happy for us to get what we ordered. But the next time we went to McDonald's in Collie, we ordered the same thing and was told "we couldn't order that because they have never done that before." I'm very disappointed myself and not happy I can't order what I like, it's my money, I'm paiding for it, the customers are always right. But the workers at Collie McDonald's don't seem...

Says on the official McDonald’s website Collie McDonald’s is open from 5am , I have been a couple of times and it wasn’t open that early. Also 90% of the time get sent to the waiting parking bays to wait for the order. What makes me laugh is that there is only two kinds of these waiting parking bays and they ask you to park there and you can’t, so the whole drive thru line can’t move at all . Even if the order is just a standard order no modifications they still ask to park in the waiting bays. The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I decided to try to give this place another go. I took my mother for mid morning breakfast, we decided to dine in. It wasn't busy at all and the seating area were an absolute disgrace, food everywhere on the floor, every table was dirty.
