McDonald's Coolalinga — Restaurant in Coolalinga

Last night around 2100hrs my husband and I ordered food via the touch screen system(which didn't issue a ticket and wasn't responding to touch very well). We chose to eat in house, food was bagged not on trays. Food was fresh, but we were so disgusted with how filthy the entire restaurant was. Every table, including their front service bench was dirty with food and drink stains. Bins instore were actually overflowing and the kitchen and restaurant floors had food scattered everywhere. When I brought it to the staff member in charge attention, she just tried to justify it by saying they had been extremely busy (they were not busy at all while we were there and staff were standing around). This is part of a franchise and standards are supposed to be high and consistent. We have also seen the decline in 2x other McDonald's establishments in NZ over past year. A worker should be allocated every shift, to continually go around cleaning tables, floors, toilets etc as the cost of the food certainly should allow for this. Better staff training and more frequent unannounced visits by head office personnel should...

Very clean, fast service and great coffee for a maccas I find other stores coffees are often bitter. Coolalinga always has good coffee which shows staff pay attention to the beans. #respectthebeans 🙏 The play space is great for toddlers/preschoolers and I love that it's located close to the bathrooms.

My only gripe would be I really struggled with the accent of the person serving me. She was amazing at her job but I did have to ask her to repeat herself, which she was so gracious about. I just feel it's unfair on her to put her as front counter staff and subject her to that. Also I felt like an a$$ having to get her to repeat. Food...

This place is beyond a joke! By far the most feral and poorest order/service! I received onion rings so dry that it was as hard as rocks! It split my gums. I also ordered 4 burgers without pickles..... 3 burgers had 1 pickle in each..... not 2 just one so it was intentionally made incorrect. And the patties and buns..... dried out over cooked crusty! Disgusting. I wouldn't even feed that to my dogs! I then rang the manger who was beyond useless to help. It was impossible! This order was beyond the worst thing...
