Scroll Time Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Coolalinga

I ordered 3 coffees and 3 meals. They took a very long time to arrive.

One of the coffees was supposed to be a large mocha but a large latte arrived, when I informed the staff, they did not offer to change it and just said sorry.

One of the meals was supposed to be Eggs Benedict with Salmon and Spinach. It came without Salmon. The staff member realised after delivering the meal. Instead of taking it back and integrating the Salmon into the meal, they delivered the Salmon on a seperate plate.

The meals looked and tasted great. The large coffee was in a cup the size of a swimming pool.

Lovely little place. It's been renovated and feels fresh and inviting. Fantastic polite service, great coffee and food was a big portion and yummy. The only negative and it's not really a negative just not what I'm use to. That was that my husband and I both had chicken in our sandwich and it was cold. Not like it's cooled down cold like it was pulled out of the fridge and put onto a sandwich. It was strange with cold meat and we both would have preferred it hot. Service wasn't great, lady was even carrying around her handbag.. Scrolls were bland and had little filling. Coffee was okay. Tables were all filthy dirty, I did noticed they remove plates but don't wipe the table afterwards. Hard to find the place plus it's across from a service station so all you can smell is fuel.

I'm very disappointed, I was so excited to try a new place to make a regular cafe to visit. Definitely not in a rush...
