Delicious desserts but unsavoury lack of customer service.

My company and I resevered a table for a night time visit. To preface, it was our first time at the cafe. We sat down and ordered via the QR code, because we weren't sure if we were going to be greeted by staff at our table or if we had to order at the counter/QR code when we were ready.

Unfortunately, my company and I waited patiently for 30minutes, only for us to go to the counter and ask about our order. It turned out that the QR code ordering system wasn't working. I appreciate the team for working so fast and getting our order in within 10 minutes, but this could have been avoided had there been a staff member asking how tables were doing. I say this because there was another pair whom we overhead said they were waiting for a long time for their food to arrive - however, they had the same problem we had with the QR code.

Although my company and I were disappointed by lack of service and attention to care for us being seated in the establishment, the food was the saviour. 🙏

The highlight for my company and I was the strawberry bingsu; it is light, creamy and just the right amount of sweet (it was more of a light sweetness than a deep, sugary sweetness). I highly recommend this bingsu.

We also got the banoffee toast, which was also delicious, but nothing stood out from this choice in comparison to the strawberry bingsu.

WASTE of Money! Nearly $8 a large t/a for coffee that's anything but great, $20 Bacon & Egg roll with Pickles standard on Turkish bread. Call it a sandwich please so people don't waste their money buying something that you don,t sell, for $20! Have to wait under diners elbows and in front of the toilet. No seats for waiting customers. It's chaos. I'm disabled! Aren't there laws against that, leaving a cripple to stand?

What justifies such putrid high prices for coffee that isn't nice?

Baffled by the amount of customers, sap suckers; like me, lining up handing over spare money that should really go on milk & bread. Shame, shame, shame. I bet you sleep well in your comfy bed in your nice home. Coffee is the only luxury for some of us. Then rip off merchants like you pick at us like vultures! It's coffee! Did you grow, harvest & roast it yourself? So why charge so much?? Because you can! That's plain cruel. Easter time and the number of people I saw get ripped off in 5mins was abhorrent.

In the times we live in something like a coffee should not be a luxury for the rich...

If you need a great day, and you shall have a visit here. Nice environment and friendly service, especially the foods is so yummy 🤤, no matter how many times that I had been here, is always and always never disappointed me. I do always rush to go for work and i don’t want miss out their breakfast and I will make a call to ordering foods for take away or eat in before arrive. They are really kind and nice person to provide their best service for customers. I would love to come all the time when I’m free, highly recommended for the best foods here with best peoples.
