Sushi Nara — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

Ordered food for myself and a friend. If you order ramen, you'll pay $20 and get two pieces of pork smaller than a drink coaster. I'd had this experience once before so I requested extra pork with the meal - and was happy to pay for the extra.

I asked for the ramen to be cancelled and refunded if it wasn't possible to have extra pork, so when it arrived with just the two small pieces, I called the store. The man on the other end laughed at me, and when I mentioned I'd asked them to refund and cancel the ramen he was incredibly rude.

I've worked in hospitality, and understand that requests can be annoying, but I offered to pay for the extra, and asked them to cancel and refund my order if it wasn't possible. Instead, I received an order that took none of this into account, and was laughed at when I called.

Best chicken katsu that I've tried! It is all that I order lol and never get sick of it. I usually don't like that type of salad, but the salad dressing (might be vinegar of some kind) is nice so I don't notice it as much. Good value too 👍 I like their fried chicken as well that comes with white pickled radish.

The owner is friendly, my mum mentioned that I don't like spicy food and he made it even less spicy than the usual sweet chilli. She loves their kimchi and the hot/spicy fried chicken.

Some of the BEST Udon noodle soup I've had, I've tried the same thing from various other places and they just don't half as good. I come to eat it everytime I'm having a bad day or something and it instantly cheers me up. Is a small little place but very cozy and chill. The owner is also very nice and friendly.
