The Coffee Club Café - Kippax Fair — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I always buy coffee in this place because we are locals in the area however it was kind of irritating today and staff were disrespectful. I ordered 2 OAT capps because are ALLERGIC to Full cream then not that i have noticed but my wife did. We asked why it was full cream and the guy said i ordered SMALL capp. I specifically said OAT cap small and medium (i should have asked for receipt). I also changed my order to vege big breakfast and mentioned eggs should be scrambled and same guy asked me back after 10 mins how would i like the eggs. I already said scrambled in the first place. People need to pay attention. They never apologised, i was so upset. They replaced my coffees but they should have proper manners and be CAREFUL with people with ALLERGIES. I said to the boys at smoko "let's go to Coffee Club" and I wish I could take that back because now I'm the workplace villain... We waited an eternity for our coffee's and they clearly spent all that time burning them beyond belief as we finally got handed the most putrid, piping hot coffee's, which even after cooling down are undrinkable because they taste like a mouthfull of ash tray. Honestly disgusting service staff rude, food below average, I spent around $100 yet when my meal arrived I asked where my sourdough toast was, I was met with what sourdough until I showed receipt than she went to check and came back and said it’s on the way, I proceeded to eat so I wasn’t eating cold food sourdough never arrived when I finished I went up and told manager she was rude and said we will get it for you now, I said what’s the point I said we’ve waited over 30minutes and finished now and to my shock the reply I got was ‘oh well’
