You don’t deserve even a star. So pathetic service. We as a customer pay for the food not getting it free. I usually order online but bloody every time they miss out on something or do mistakes. So I decided to walk in the store but they the same. I order vegetarian so I asked the staff to change the gloves before serving me and the look she has given me and thrown my falafels it was so disappointing. I will never go back and hope the manager looks...

I am a regular customer and order through Uber eats. Ordered through Uber eats and my subway was filled with carrots which I did not mention. Had to throw the footlong as I am allergic to carrots. Also mentioned extra sauce but instructions...
