Subway — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

At first I wasn’t going to leave a review for this place but now I have had more than one bad experience. I came in with partner a few weeks ago and the customer service given by the two girls who were working at the time was horrible and they charged my partner for an extra foot long, We sat down to eat our food and got told to leave because they were closing at 7:30 when they actually close at 8. Now I’ve just DoorDashed two foot longs, drinks and two cookies. We don’t not get our cookies, the drinks were not the ones we ordered and they also didn’t cut...

This place just gets worse over time.

Please note that the prices on the board DO NOT match the system - Technically false advertising (staff are aware that the prices don't match so you don't know what your being changed for).

Ingredients & sandwich quality are extremely poor, old, soggy or stale.

Cookies were average, but the sub and poorly trained staff need some serious help behind them.

Franchisee is just ripping off customers with making up their own prices.

I am a regular visitor to Subway Charnwood, and not only I like the food but also the staff. The subway cookies are out of the world, especially the chocolate cookie. My major reason for visiting Subway is the staff, they are courteous and they always keep the customers preferences in mind while preparing food. They know the toppings and the sauces that will go with my sub, without mentioning it every time during my visit. This promptness along with the food quality has made Subway Charnwood my favorite...
