Me and my son went there to get our dinner around 5:30. As this our closest Subway as we live opposite the shop. We used to go there pretty regularly but recently reduced our visits because the service and the care for customers has gone really bad. I think the management has changed and they add new employees. Who could be under training. So was bit upset with service and reduced our visits and started to go to the other Subway in Belconnen which is 15 minutes drive from us we are big Subway eaters. Gave this Macquarie store some time to train their new staffs. To improve the quality. But when we went there today found that the service and quality went down even worst. When went to the Macquarie Subway today there were two young kids one is the same one that has disappointed me earlier and a new one could be his brother as they look the same . They didn’t greeted us with a smile made us feel unwelcome. Then did not ask what we want the ones who used to serve us before always greeted us with smile. Did not even ask us what we want. We had to go and place our order. I told him I don’t want any bacon he still was giving me something with salami which should have have which has ham made out of pork so Is bacon I asked why are you giving me that he said very rudely that what you have ordered comes with Salami I told him I had asked you not give bacon as I don’t eat ham he salami and bacon different product I had to tale him that they are both made from ham and we don’t eat ham. He didn’t apologise instead took the salami off did not changed the bread of chicken and made the whole subway and threw it on the counter with my son’s one charged me money and didn’t even put it in bags and left and pretended that as if I am not there and was serving another customer while there was only one other customer and there were two of them. Did not even ask if I need anything else. I then asked him can you please give me a bag. He was very upset and gave me the bag. I couldn’t eat the Sub as it was mixed with ham products I still paid and came back asks no point. This guy has not learn any service or anything in months. Then I came back home and threw my twelve inch in bin. Then my son also complained he couldn’t eat his chicken sub as the chicken was too tough then I checked and found that the chicken was two tough as it was over cooked so also have to throw his one in bin wrested our $28.00 and have decided not to go there any more. Will go to the Belconnen one will do the 15 minutes drive as we love Subway. But Subway should manage their stores better as it can harm...
