Gelatissimo Manuka — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

I was so excited by my yuzu mojito sorbet I forgot to photograph the two display fridges full of amazing flavours.

The yuzu was refreshing and not too sweet. If you know about yuzu, the strong tangy feeling should meet your expectations.

They say they make the ice cream/sorbet in house. Lots more flavours to discover.

Tables and chairs just outside and few inside giving you a chance sit and enjoy even on a super hot Canberra afternoon.

Seriously Canberra wake up. Messina has lines longer than the bloody road up to Black Mountain tower, meanwhile the well known franchise Gelatissimo actually does a better cream. It’s lighter and just as delicious. Word on the street is that my friend Dirk once came here and sampled the coffee flavoured cream and ended up convulsing on the floor while the staff member said “What? How.” Dirk then stood up and said “I’ll take two.”....

Bad and greedy franchise Visited the place today on 8th October 2018 and the shop was closed. Very sad to find out that the pervious owners had to close their business down due to selfish and greedy behaviour of the Franchisor. I have seen the owner struggle with customers due to the cold weather and bad bad support from their Franchisor. Guys be very careful before you end up buying a Gelatissimo and trying to make a...
