Two years ago: The girl happily went and found an answer to my question about what the happy meal toy is by finding it behind the counter and showing me an unopened one in a box. There was actually a display opposite the counter, behind where I was standing that she could've shown me had she thought about it. The display had each of the toys unboxed so you could see them. Before I got the answer to this question, I stood at the counter waiting to ask for a good two minutes before the staff turned around and bothered to ask why I was there. The cheeseburger we bought has one pickle and approximately 1/4 teaspoon of onion. A second piece of pickle and more onion as advertised would be an improvement. Chips were warm - not hot, but better than being cold. Bin outside the front door was overflowing. Bathroom was decently maintained. I won't be making any effort to go out of my way to go here but it's a good location if you were in dire need of food or drink and on the way out Sydney way.
12 April 2024: My daughter and I got cheeseburgers which had no pickles. They still haven't fixed this situation since I was last here two years ago. I had them remake it and got one small piece of pickle each. Pretty ordinary. Chips were barely warm and not fresh.

Read moreWe rarely go to McDonald's as the experience is consistently below expectations. This time they out-did themselves. We waited 17 + minutes to be served after the peopĺe before us ordered (who had to cancel their coffee order as it took too long) We stood patiently at the counter and when eventually attended, no acknowledgement was made of our wait. I asked for a discount and ordered, when no discount was applied and the manager was consulted, she said, No, we can't do that, you could have ordered on the screen (?). Could have? Should have? Why? I was standing at the service counter in full view. Upon realising her presumptuous rudeness (I hope) she offered us a pair of sundaes. Hmmm. Why offer us something above and beyond our order? I enjoy icecream as much as anyone but I didn't feel like one and that was our only offer. How about something we order is free instead, I thought. I had my child with me. I hadn't offered them dessert prior to that and hasn't intended to. As for the waiting time, it was 25 + minutes from when we got in line to when we got our food, with only one person before us. The sundaes never appeared so we had to remind her eventually (not so bad, as they didn't melt). The approach of the manager on both occasions made me feel uncomfortable, out of place and like I was an inconvinience who ought to have known better than to have waited at the counter patiently. Read moreJust went through drive through here and was told to wait in the waiting bay.....20 minutes later we went in to check. Was told by the manager in an impatient and stroppy tone, all the orders went out already. It's like lady we have been waiting in the freaken hot sun for 20 minutes and we've definitely not gotten the food.
After both my partner and I asking she finally looked up the order and again said its already gone out.
Finally they made our order again and when she said for a third time they all went out to the left line of waiting cars, I told her we were told to wait in the parking area. She said sorry but someone took it.
I know it's only maccas and it's not about top customer service but don't try to justify a customer not getting their order by saying we took your order to someone else?!?!
