The food is a highlight at Playing Fields Cafe. My fresh and tasty granola was well-presented, and my colleague's omelette, brimming with listed ingredients, was a delight. Serving sizes are more than satisfying, ensuring you start the day with a hearty meal.

I was visiting Canberr and the storage service I booked with the newsagency next door was closed without notifying the app, and the lady at the cafe was super kind and let me keep my luggage there for a few hours while I headed to the War Memorial. When I visited today, she asked if I wanted my usual. I told her not today, as yesterday’s order didn’t quite hit the mark; the food felt a bit undercooked. I chose something different, and while I was waiting, she came over with genuine concern and said she was sorry I felt that way, and insisted I could pick any item on the house. She even made my chicken and avo sandwich extra delicious today!!!
Shout out to Rachel
