We ordered four different drinks which were all good, apart from some being a bit too sweet.

The reason for the two stars is firstly, quite a number of the drinks and the majority of the cake items appearing on the menu were not available. So we go to the trouble of selecting something, told its, not available, select another item, and again told not available.

But the most unsatisfactory thing was the Portuguese tarts, which were clearly undercooked. The pastry was gluggy and floppy, as seen in the photos. This is after an over 20min wait for the tarts.

I took the tarts back asking if they can put it back in the oven for longer, and showed them how the pastry is uncooked underneath. Initially they said they’ll bake new tarts, but later the staff came out saying if he baked it for longer it will be burnt. I said that’s fine I don’t mind it a bit burnt on top so long as the pastry is cooked through. And then the staff said if he baked again it would just be...

Absolutely lovely business and service. The owners really put so much value into what they serve for their customers. The range in flavours are so diverse and they offer beautiful recommendations if you are new. They really recognise their customers as well, I walk in each time and feel so welcomed. 100% recommend this shop if your into tea and deserts, the deserts are super amazing as well. The owners are so passionate about what they offer to their customers and they are so patient when you struggle to pick from the various amount of flavours. Definitely would recommend this place first if you love tea...

Came here today for the first time - the owner asked my friend and I if we were enjoying our teas and mentioned they'd just taken over the business and were making desserts too. The tea was fresh, well made and tasted great. I got two because I liked them so much, one fresh assam black tea with cheese top, and a fresh green tea. My friend had a black sesame milk tea with ice cream that was very decadent. When I ordered my second tea, we also got a free taste of Oreo cheesecake that had just been made and it was delicious! Thank you for the great experience - I'll...

Such an amazing place! The staff are friendly, the store is nice to sit in and chill at with nice wooden furnishings. I've had all the soufflé, they are puffy and have excellent texture, great taste as well!! My favourite is definitely the whale island soufflé. The matcha bubble tea is also good! Not a cheap matcha, it's a smooth silky one with an authentic bitter taste. The new iced lemon black tea strikes an excellent balance between the freshness of tea with a subtle bitterness, and the levity of citrus. Just brilliant!

Really close to being great. I ordered delivery and had my boba order missing an extra I paid for. Otherwise, okay boba. The cheesecake was good, however it also tasted quite strongly of the refrigerator or freezer it was stored in. (I can't explain the taste any other way. It was particularly present on the exposed outer sides.) The egg tarts were delicious.
